Install Carpet or tile in areas where you prepare food or on the staircase.

In fact, any kind of tile would not be recommended due to the fact that there are grout lines and even if the grout lines are sealed, someone will be constantly on their hands and knees scrubbing those grout lines and that simply doesn’t fit into your lifestyle.

To maximize the value of your home and keep up with the latest trends it is recommended that you stick with Hardwood, Laminates, or Carpet in the Bedroom areas.
